TIMELINE

In remote work, the absence of spontaneous office conversations can significantly impact mental well-being and communication. Remote workers often feel disconnected from company culture and struggle to build relationships with colleagues. With employees being distant from each other, the lack of visibility can make it challenging to feel like a part of a team.
I led the research team for this project as well as creating the brand. The primary objective of this project was to develop a virtual solution that enhances global team engagement in remote work settings. That solution would address the challenge by scheduling virtual breaks with AI-generated icebreaker prompts. These prompts are carefully crafted to mimic those casual office chats, creating a sense of camaraderie and encouraging open communication among remote team members.
Disconnection and isolation can negatively impact employee morale and engagement, which reduces engagement. Distraction can hinder focus and efficiency, resulting in poor quality of work and missed deadlines.
